Our handling time to ship the items for all orders are 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) regardless shipping method by USPS.
IMPORTANT! expect up to 5 days handling time during Christmas Holiday regardless what kind of shipping method you select.
Shipping is Free on orders over $19.95 within continental United States with USPS First Class mail on all of your orders. USPS First Class Maill normally takes no more than 3 to 7 days to arrive to you after we ship the order. Sometimes faster, depends on your distance from California.
Once your order ships, we'll email you over your tracking # so you can know the exact arrival date of your order.
Please note that while keep most of our items in stock, we do occasionally have to order items in. Please call us at 888 496 6530 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order is time-sensitive.
Our local customers can order online and pick up the orders in store.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

At the Scented Pour we truly strive for total customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. Please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes impossible to do.
Refunds are not available on coffee mugs & coffee dripper - once they have been used. although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction.
In case 1
If they have not been used and still on their original status, as you are insisting in making a refund. Refund is eligible & available within 30 days from the day your order received.
In case 2
If we have made an error in the products and a huge defects caused by our factory, in this case our precise clients go with 2 options:
1) we will replace the incorrect item immediately. (recommanded)
2) you're free to choose the refund option within 60 days.
On all coffee grinders & coffee storages, if within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund (less delivery charges). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
Once your return product is received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. ScentedPour will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
- Package your return. Please package your item in its original packaging. Please include all instruction forms and warranty papers.
- Reason for return. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the order, You feedback is very important to us
Insure your package. This will cover you if your package gets lost or damaged in shipment. UPS, FedEx and USPS all offer insurance on their shipments.
- Please contact us with any questions at all or if you are having any difficulty returning your item. We want to make it as simple as possible and we're here to help you every step of the way.
Quality Guarantees Of Coffee Grinders & Coffee Storages:
In case 1
1) If the coffee grinders & coffee storages is not working well due to which parts are broken or worn within 60 days, new statue REPLACEments & Repair Kits would be shipped to you FOR FREE.
In case 2
2) if we have made an error in the products or due to huge defects caused by factory, the coffee grinder & coffee storage are not working any more. Refund is still available withing 60 days.
